I believe successful marketing means intimately understanding your audience. That's one of the reasons I was drawn to the world of climate tech and solar. I love learning what drives people to make a change, be it in their software stack or their energy, and designing a marketing program based on these needs and wants.Currently I serve as the Head of Marketing at Bodhi, the first customer experience platform specifically designed for the solar industry. In my role, I lead the strategy for our marketing initiatives, determining what channels and tactics to prioritize in order to successfully reach our installer audience. Day-to-day, I love to roll up my sleeves and play with different marketing tactics, ranging from PR to partnerships to paid. Previously I worked at JDI, a boutique consultancy that brings emerging technologies to market. There, I focused on honing a client’s message and then delivering that message to impactful places and people. I was fortunate enough to work across a wide range of frontier industries, but my specialties were climate tech, synthetic biology, and AI.Outside of work, I love to read, write, learn languages, and make ugly things in my pottery class. I also regularly volunteer with Austin Bat Cave, where I teach creative writing to elementary students.
