As a customer advocate, I led a customer-centric transformation, recognized by CMO Christian Thrane for delivering "world-class insights." I launched a customer panel and CustomerLAB, served as an Innovation Coach, and developed insight-sharing initiatives to drive business value. Additionally, I contributed to the creation of four brand platforms and served as the spokesperson for Nätprat, Telenor Sweden’s CSR initiative.

At Augur, a human experience, strategy, and innovation agency, I delivered qualitative consumer insights and drove strategic business impact for companies in both the private and public sectors, across the Swedish and international markets. My primary focus was within the telecommunications (Telco) and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
