- Planning of production, if necessary testing processes of moulds based on current purchase orders- Working out on daily/weekly and monthly plans of production, adjustment of production plan based on actual state of material on stock and production capacities- Assuring early delivery of material and components needed for production, in the meantime the same for needed packing material- Assuring of smooth production running, checking on meeting of production dates in accordance with purchase orders from customers- Calculation production capacities and moulds capacities- Checking on structures of products in SAP + data entry of new products- Planning operators in production process- Cooperation with other related dept within the frame of company- Printing of identification labels for produced components

- Processing of demands for purchase of consumable and indirect material for production and office- Communication and dealing about all purchase details with contracted and potentional suppliers- Searching for new suppliers- Placing of purchase orders- Checking up on purchase orders until delivered, followed by collection of ordered material according to delivery note, processing of Invoices- Identification and resolving any discrepancies of ordered material – problem solving

- Review requisitions for completeness (i.e. quantity, part number, description, approval, signatures and accounting codes)- Obtain price/delivery from potentional suppliers and place orders after obtaining correct approvals were required- Recommend substitutes where saving in cost or delivery would result- Advise supervisor and affected dept when delivery will not meet required schedule- Working with other dept to ensure to meet their purchasing needs- Perform follow up on orders to ensure delivery will be met- Perform all duties in accordance with established policies and procedures- Look for opportunities to establish partnership with suppliers if it can result in reduced prices and lead times - Being flexible and perform other duties as assigned- An awareness and understanding or responsibilities outline in the Company environmental procedures - Involvement in special projects as and when required
