• Analytics of Chargeback cases with a strong accent on detecting main Chargeback reasons, with a final goal to influence the win rates and cost to serve. • Analysis of suspicious transactions, using SQL to explore the databases to get deeper into fraud patterns and fraudulent attacks.Project | Fraud Report Automation• Led and delivered the Fraud Automation Project. The main purpose of the project was to automate reporting, enabling quick ad hoc analysis and independent work of Fraud associates on Fraud reports. • New dashboards were built, old dashboards improved (SQL and Tableau skills required), and all Fraud team members were trained on how to use them. With this report single dependency was prevented, time spent on Report preparation was reduced by 5 times and human error probability was lowered.

• Independent work on analyst tickets by supporting Customer Service, Customer Transactions and Supply Team requests. • Closure of at least 2 tickets per week in Jira Ticketing System.

• Monitored, investigated, and gathered evidence on fraudulent activities, prepared monthly and weekly reports, and created multi trends to stop fraud attacks.
