I am a Registered Nutritionist, Lecturer, Health Educator and Mentor supporting Health professionals and individuals to achieve their Optimal health and Wellbeing.After 15 years in Corporate Sales & Management I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist to pursue my passion of helping others in achieving optimal Health & Wellbeing. I joined SuperWellness as a Corporate Associate in 2016 and over a 2 year period delivered successful Corporate Employee Wellbeing programmes across several industries. A unique understanding of the challenges related to employee wellbeing within corporate sector has enabled me to complete a number or wellbeing projects whilst optimising employees’ health and wellbeing, lowering sickness absence rates and reducing costs of employee medical screening within a number of organisations. My nutritional & wellbeing specialism also expands into educational training and development working with professionals in the health industry, providing specialist training and support in new product development, writing health and product review related articles and delivering specialist subject talks and group events. As a Nutrition Lecturer & Clinical Assessor at CNM college in London, I also provide support to future Nutritional Therapists and Health Coaches in their clinical training and development. I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, a well-known college accredited to the Nutritional Therapy Council. 3 years of in depth study involved training in the functional medicine principles (a science-based method of assessing underlying causes of symptoms) as well as patient centred holistic approach to clinical practice. I am a member of the ANP & BANT Associations and on a register of the CNHC and GNC Councils.
