Internal engagement campaign targeted to all employees, requiring strong teamwork and multiple stakeholders interactions with senior leaders. Project driven by the need to align all employees to the business current strategy and organizational structure. To that end, we developed an interactive infographic describing the business and the industry outlook including key messages from the Leaders. 2. Marketing Communications aimed mainly at supporting the re-branding of Alstom’s promotional material. Worth highlighting: video re-branding for the product launch of the ADVANTEDGE* Power Island at the most important energy event in the US (Power Gen International). I was the project leader of the team that developed the initial product concept and communication toolkit at Alstom. -

My responsibilities included both internal and marketing communications. 1. Communication support to Quality, EHS, and HR functions through videos, articles, & infographics and other creative tools/channels. - Launch of the Quality vision to Gas employees, including a series of articles with high readership rates in the intranet and f2f trainings using the QUBE (tangible paper cube reflecting the Q vision). Outcome of the campaign: a 6% increase on quality-related questions in the annual employee engagement survey meaning an enhanced quality perception among employees as well as 2/3 of the quality KPIs improved in the Gas Business.2. Internal campaign on power plant capabilities to enhance the feeling of pride and boost the motivation during the GE-Alstom transition process. Campaign included a series of articles on the intranet featuring success stories from all over the world of our projects, teams, etc. A video was produced to enhance the message: we are good in what we do. The video has been showed also to customers, at employees’ town hall meeting, etc. The campaign had a record breaking number of video views and article readership rate. Reassurance feeling among employees on bringing valuable capabilities to GE. 3. Marketing Communications with a strong focus on social media and web content development, promotional videos and online marketing campaigns (SEO and SEM) besides printed tools (brochures, leaflets). Online campaign on Gas Power Plants leading to the most watched video in Alstom’s YouTube channel (>160’000 views) and increased brand awareness (30’000 visitors). -
