Performed fieldwork activities under BCBA(s) supervision between January 2022 – December 2023:• Developed and implemented ABA treatment plans and caregiver training in clinic, home, and community settings for clients aged 3 to late 20s, spanning 13 cultural backgrounds• Delivered gender-affirming care to 2 clients• Wrote individualized session programs, and behavior intervention plans for 32 clients with a focus on skill acquisition and antecedent strategies to reduce target behaviors• Managed insurance authorizations for 4 different insurances: Premera, Medicaid, Kaiser, and Regence• Administered assessments including but not limited to: ESDM, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, EFL, PEAK, Socially Savvy, BDEFS, and Functional Assessments• Conducted ABA training/supervision for RBTs using Behavioral Skills Training (BST)

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy for autistic children and children with other neurodevelopment disorders within a clinic setting• Implement treatment plans targeting daily living skills, academic skills, adaptive skills, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, and functional communication skills• Collect data in each target area and communicate with supervising BCBAs about cases• Write treatment plans, programs, progress reports, and conduct behavioral assessments under the supervision of BCBAs as part of master's practicum

• Conducted one-on-one tutoring sessions with undergraduate and graduate students on academic writing, technical writing, and personal statements

• Provided one-on-one ABA therapy for autistic children within an in-home setting• Attended monthly meetings with supervising BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and parents to discuss child’s progress• Implemented individual behavior and learning plans for the child

• Supported neurodivergent college students as a peer mentor by facilitating one-on-one weekly meetings to discuss academic plans and social goals• Wrote objective weekly meeting reports about student's academic and social progresses• Utilized the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) Method to help students in creating strategies for addressing academic and social challenges

• Conducted one-on-one tutoring sessions with student-athletes on class assignments
