Keď som popri škole mala možnosť nahliadnuť do tohto sveta aj prakticky, začal sa mi otvárať svet, ktorý ma baví dodnes. Od študentských čias som si prešla rôznymi pozíciami od HR asistentky, cez agentúru, až som zakotvila u môjho súčasného zamestnávateľa NAY a.s.. MOJE PRACOVNÉ ZAMERANIEMomentálne pôsobím na pozícii s pomerne dlhým oficiálnym názvom – Samostatný referent pre oddelenie ľudských zdrojov. Základ však tvoria činnosti, ktoré by sa dali kategorizovať pod HR Generalistu. Hlavným zameraním je podpora manažérov pridelených stredísk v oblasti recruitmentu a pracovného práva ako aj zastrešenie oblasti pracovno-právnych dokumentov. Okrem toho sa však venujem aj tvorbe korporátnej kultúry, administrácii firemného LinkedIn a kariérneho Facebook účtu a zastrešeniu časti CSR aktivít. V NAY som s rodičovskou prestávkou už od roku 2013 a vďaka skvelému kolektívu a kolegom, s ktorými mám možnosť pracovať, je to nielen práca, ale hlavne #NAYrodina. To, že u nás nájdete kolegov, ktorí vo firme sú 10, 15, či dokonca 20 rokov nie je totiž žiadny unikátny jav. A hoci naše firemné hodnoty sú férovosť, jednoduchosť a vášeň pre techniku, pre mňa je tá najväčšia hodnota náš kolektív.ČO MA BAVÍHR nie je len moja práca, ale aj jedno z mojich hobby, ktoré sa mi darí rozvíjať vďaka skvelej platforme GroWith HRcomm. Keď som sa o tejto iniciatíve začiatkom roku 2022 dozvedela, ani som netušila, aké rozvojové a vzdelávacie možnosti mi prinesie. Raz mesačne nová zaujímavá téma, no hlavne skvelá komunita nadšených HRistov odhodlaných budovať komunitu, v ktorej sa niele cítite fakt dobre, ale nebojíte sa požiadať o radu či pomoc, lebo viete, že ju isto a s ochotou dostane. A okrem HR je mojou srdcovkou moja rodina, hudba, knihy, spoločenské hry, salsa a momentálne aj duolingo, kde som sa rozhodla naučiť sa po havajsky.
