Arrange school places and host families, have contacts with YFU offices around the world, take care of all stakeholder contact and paperwork with authorities. Handle support cases and help the students. Due to COVID-19 all programs where closed and in 2 weeks we managed to organize the return for 60 students and YFU Sweden went bankruptcy.

Me and my team was responsible for planning, implement, train and follow-up the salesorganization in all countries in our new digital marketing offer together with a new CRM system, SalesForce. Our new digital offer includes Presence management, Google, Bing, Facebook, Homepages, SEO offsite/onsite and our own Local Search offer.Achievements:Trained 300 sales and customer success people divided into 30 teams in Sweden, Denmark and Norway in 4 months.

Responsible for the implementation of the product portfolio in the Swedish market and teamleader of the local product management and backend IT team with 10 team members. Me and the team consisting of developers, test, quality and productmanagers conducted management, development and implementation of our productportofolio with Google, Bing, Homepages, SEO and Local Search products into the valuechain with a customer experience mindset. Direct cost responsibility for the team and P&L responsibility of the product area i Sweden. Legally responsible publisher for www.eniro.seAchievements:2015/2016 started the consolidation of the old legacy systems in the IT backend team.In January 2017 I headed the role as Projectlead for the Nordic Customer to Cash migration project. The purpose of the project was to migrate from old legacy systems to one common Nordic CRM system; Salesforce. At the same time we also simplified our products to one common digital product portofolio for all countries. The goal was to create one common simplified valuechain for all Nordic countries. We achieved that goal in the end of 2018.

Responsible for the print strategy and implementation of new and changed products in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Polen with full P&L responsibility and a budget on 60 MSEK for all countries. The most important task is to drive the migration agenda from print products to online services , cost optimize and keep profitability on decided levels and negotiate with partners and vendors.Headed a Nordic product team with 8 members from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Polen.Achievements:Changed the print format to a smaller format on 450 titles in all countries to create a better user experience and cost optimize the print, paper and distribution cost.Launched new products in all countries with new forms of distribution at gazstations and magazines. The new products ; Wedding guides, Body & Health guides, Restaurang guides, Gula Sidorna Påväg/On the Go and Vägatlas.Migrated the customers to a smaller printformat and than from print to online with a migration offer and finally closed the printed books and continued as a pure digital company.
