The DNA team develops digital products and services through partnering with project teams across government and has resulted in the cost of living vouchers for ServiceNSW, an online school enrolment process, death notification service and many more. The DNA has established new ways of working and changed the culture across the NSW Government to be digital first, design-led and customer-focused.
