For the past seven years I have been writing for the leading fitness & health website in Croatia. I am experienced article writer and nutritionist. At first my work was centered around sports nutrition, but last couple of years I am focused on complementary feeding (introducing solids to babies), debunking nutrition myths and writing interesting science based articles that are understandable to common people. I am proficient in writing individual meal plans as well. Plans are designed depending on the goals the person wants to achieve (whether it is weight loss, menu adjustments for cardiovascular patients or patients with diabetes mellitus, athletes).
