During my work at UPM I learned to multitask and be efficient. My language reflexes improved, I learned to work under pressure. My daily tasks are:* entering orders on self-adhesive materials (for printing houses and brokers)* contacting transportation partner's coordinators regarding deliveries* creating customers' accounts in various systems* creating customers' contacts and business docs in Salesforce* calling and e-mailing customersAdditional tasks as a RafCycle expert:* sending QR codes to customers / end-users* arranging RafCycle boxes' deliveries

While working as a dispatcher, I had the opportunity to practice my translation skills (I translated a bulletin from Polish to Czech). I became familiar with the Teams environment and practiced working as a customer service person.My daily tasks were:* teaching restaurants' management how to use the designated application* contacting drivers* combining orders on the map for them to be delivered efficiently* navigating KFC deliveries in Czechia* helping in navigating KFC / Pizza Hut / Burger King deliveries in Hungary, Poland and France

During my teaching internship as part of my doctorate, I had the opportunity to practice public speaking, stress management, deepen my language skills and learned how to teach others.My tasks were:* providing language lessons (Czech on the A1-A2 level) to students* testing students' knowledgeteaching practice (+ overtime) with students (a total of 300 teaching hours)

Three trips with a TV crew to the Czech Republic, participation in the creation of "The Polish-Czech conversations" program* translator from Polish to Czech and from Czech to Polish
