- responsible for DACH and Nordic Markets- leading the following pricing processes: Pricing Master Data on & off, Proactive Price Control, Price Claims- Leading the implementation of a new role of Claims Dispute Coordinator for Nordics (for logistics and pricing claims) in our department in the image of the third party providing us with similar processes- preparing and leading Price Claims agenda during meetings with senior stakeholders- data and reports preparing for different Unilever stakeholders- implementing improvements and covering potential gaps in the processes- working on good, kind & professional relationships with internal customers (Customer Development, Financial Team in MSO)- other activities similar to these described below in the role of Pricing Master Data Team Leader

- responsible for DACH, Spanish and Polish&Baltics Pricing Master Data on & off processes- leading a Team of 13 members- leading two knowledge transfers ( full Poland&Baltics on & off processes; partial ES off process) and taking responsibility for change management and Financial Controls compliance- directing, administrating and controlling the day to day operations and activities- providing leadership, support and guidance to the Team- ensuring compliance with an established company, regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high-quality service and customer care- participating in the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies- providing informal feedback on a regular, ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talents according to their Individual Development Plan- Managing of the staffing through the appropriate hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR department- being responsible for reaching team goals and KPIs set by internal customers (MSOs) and O2C Department managers - delegating tasks and setting project deadlines- creating a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere - putting a great emphasis on Unilever values, work-life balance and individual needs of team members

- handling incoming phone calls/e-mails from a customer regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of computer
- analyzing and resolving of most common inquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to our team
- delivering of high-quality standard service to customers via different channels (phone calls, e-mails, Skype)
- keeping records of all customers’ inquiries in the reporting systems (ticketing tools)
- cooperation with IT specialist teams to deal with more complex issues
- handling a number of interactions at the same time
