Responsible for processing company overhead invoices on Microsoft Dynamics AX system for multiple sectors of the business, ensuring all invoices fully approved, correctly coded and input in a timely manner.Dealing with suppliers on a daily basis, reconciling statements, dealing with queries and checking aged creditor reports and payment allocationsTimely processing of staff expenses on a bi-monthly basis, ensuring that submissions comply with company expenses policy and correct approvals in place.

Working in a busy environment with high-volume processing of invoices from suppliers against insurance claims, ( software Gateway and Ibase )Validating invoices against company guidelines and updating in-house software system.Dealing with suppliers on a daily basis, resolving queries and checking payments using both Sageline 100 and MS Dynamics AX systems.
