Responsible for HR department in both Groupon Polska and Groupon Shared Services

Working with Heads of Central Europe Cluster and EMEA Functions (Finance, Strategy,Service, Commercial Operations, Legal, IT, EMEA Pricing and others) as well as Senior Managers on implementing the appropriate HR strategies supporting business agenda; leading all HR related initiatives and processes:- Talent Management: conducting and leading talent reviews, driving improvement of talent pipeline including robust acquisition, effective succession planning and development initiatives,- Performance Management: coordinating goal setting process and objectives top-down cascading, performance improvement plans execution,- Compensation and recognition: driving annual salary increase processes and off-cycle adjustments as well as recognition programs,- Organizational Development & Change Management: driving and supporting regional reorganization and restructuring initiatives,- Engagement: coordinating engagement survey and initiating engagement initiatives, - HR HC and budget planning and control

•primary point of contact for business leaders and managers within designated business areas •driving execution of performance objective setting, performance management, talent review processes and succession planning,•managing resourcing / recruitment plans, needs and processes by applying various recruitment tools (incl. assessment center),•implementing pay reviews and other reward initiatives, educating line managers and employees on reward related topics and apply regional / local reward frameworks,•supporting culture and change management via organizational climate diagnostics process •delivering various trainings and facilitating workshops as part of employees induction/development processes

• implementation of marketing strategy for VFM segment brands on Polish market; brand plans and consumer engagement activities design to ensure brand objectives are achieved (volume, market share, brand health indicators) • effective planning and management of the team of 3 subordinates
