In this scientific environment I supervise a team of 40 people, planning and executing events, public relations, and marketing. I am in charge of hospitality for international employees and guests moving to Poland to work for the Institute. I also maintain the website, posting regular blogs. Notable achievements are:• I brought in new business by initiating a signed contract with a highly-sought-after industrial partner.• I organised the entire international conference CENTERA THz Days 2019.

II led all marketing and community projects including international conferences, media interviews, TEDx talks, public relations, and marketing. Highlights included: • I headed a international research group project financed by the European Commission. I led the way in forging new partnerships to maximize revenue for this project. • I was awarded an Expert Certificate for Human-Centred Design by IDEO, a leading innovator in business design, and +Acumen, a global non-profit. • I coordinated all PR, promotions, and scientific events for a €100M project called Cezamat. For this I was nominated for Poland's Top PR Expert. • I acted as Conference Director to oversee booking, PR, and promotions for international gatherings and expositions benefitting the Centre. • I produced TEDx Warsaw University of Technology, 2016, 2017. I also coached the 2018 TEDx organizing team in best practices for running a conference in Warsaw.

Here is where I began making a name for myself in PR in the science and technology sector. I spearheaded marketing and communications for various departments. I also had the opportunity to combine science and art in a few projects of my own. Numerous highlights and awards included: • Served as coordinator for TERMET: Facilitated PR, promotion, and scientific events for a €24M project. • Awarded Best Project Promotion at the International Innovation Fairs in Taipei, Seoul, Nuremberg, Paris and Brussels. • Event Administrator for MATLAS: Developed an art exhibition for a Polish-Norwegian workshop and display stands at art conservation fairs in Florence, Ferrara, Venice, and Leipzig. • PR and Promotions Specialist for Bioimplant Project: Created and led the cross-functional execution of a €32M project merging art, fashion, design, jewellery, and high-tech engineering. • Three-time First Place winner for Poland's Best PR plus three awards for original projects. • Awarded First Place by Ministry of Development as the national winner for PR project "The Power of Promotion - The Power of the Project;" Third Place nationally in the Innovation Plus Contest; and Third Place in Polish Innovation of the Year by Polish TV and the Ministry of Development. • Authored an article, "Medical Haute Couture." • Lectured on "Trends in Modern Jewelry." • Nominated by the Polish Press Agency among the Best Scientific Experts in Poland. • Coordinator for Symposium on Fusion Technology: Organised the international conference, including scientific and industrial exhibitions, for over 700 participants. • Interdisciplinary Leader for NANO/CZAS NA NANO: Designed and oversaw 30+ events for kids across Poland, combining nanotechnology, arts and crafts, video, molecular cuisine, and performance projects.

This was my original foray into design marketing. I created and executed the marketing for a luxury Italian furniture and interior design accessories.
