I also worked as a project manager in organization-wide development projects, i.e. implementation of a CRM system, development of digital services, and the creation of a knowledge management model within the organisation.I was one of the driving forces behind the development on an innovative corporate culture and the utilization of innovative working methods in the company. Between the years 2013 and 2016 our innovation team members acted as a change agents and encouraged up to 85 percent of our personnel to participate in the innovation community and workshops. R&D portfolio management and coordination of several R&D projects. Projects involved close cooperation with Finnish and Nordic universities and research institutes and Nordic transmission system operators on a regular basis.I also worked as a project manager in an R&D project, where the first Phasor Measurement Unit based Wide Area Monitoring System (WAMS) was deployed in Finland.
