Here at cisco, I was in charge of training and reports. I would create a training course online for users to be able to log in and complete the training. From there I would pull a report, having it show whether the participant had successfully passed or failed. In these reports, information such as location, department, manager, etc would also be presented in my final report. I would use such tools on excels like, vlookup and pivots tables to get the most accurate results.From here, I would schedule trainings using outlook invites. These trainings happened among the world. Scheduling and placing participants in 14 different trainings and 14 different locations. I was in charge of gift appreciation as well. Provided a list of names of co-workers that have helped our department, I would send out thank you gifts as a appreciation from us.
