I have over ten years experience selling real estate in three states. In every market, I have hit the ground running, quickly making an impact in the market place and finding a niche in up and coming artsy neighborhoods and the builders and developers working to improve those areas as well as single home and condo buyers who already appreciate these areas for what they are. I've worked with real estate investors throughout my career and have an excellent grasp on investment property ROI.I've been passionate about the neighborhoods following Milwaukee Ave and the Blue line northwest from downtown since I was a teenager. My oldest brother took me to Urbis Orbis coffee shop in Wicker Park in the early 1990s and I was hooked. Over the next decade or so I watched Wicker Park, Humboldt Park, and Logan Square change dramatically while living, shopping, drinking, and eating in these dynamic areas. In my opinion, they offer some of the most creative consumer options in the country.While I haven't always lived here, growing up on the other side of Lake Michigan, Chicago has always been my home. In the years following college I was back and forth living here and touching down here as my hub. I was thrilled to move back full time in 2012 and continue my track record of working hard to help people achieve home ownership, build wealth, and make the American Dream a reality. All while improving my beloved, eclectic neighborhoods. I love this job and I love being a part of the team my friend Scott Newman has built.
