Within the wonderful Equilibrium program, mentoring women in the Czech Republic to achieve more, I have the honour to be a mentor.

BPW CR helps women to gain the economic independency. We run many events during the year to help women to be better in their jobs, reach to higher positions and close the pay gap, which is currently 21,1% in the Czech Republic.
