Co-founder of Noyad Biomed’s innovative medical device spinoff; a minimally invasive soft palate implant solution for obstructive sleep apnea and snoring

Noyad-Biomed is composed of experienced biomedical engineers, industrial designers, technicians, business experts and a medical scientist ( me ). We collaborate closely together to form a productive team and are focused on providing full spectrum solutions, capable of turning an idea into a working product; from initial idea feasibility examination to thorough investigation of market requirements, in-vitro and in-vivo trials, device engineering (with consideration of mechanical and human factors), registration of IP, regulatory compliance testing, FDA and CE registration/approval process, ending ultimately in a successful first series production cycle. We incorporate brainstorming sessions to produce the optimal mechanical design, with a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process, product market fit and need. Some examples of prior successful collaborations include Gordian Surgical, Anchora medical, Escala medical, IDOs medical. We currently are working on our own spin-off projects. We believe in the importance of minimally invasive procedures along with personalized medicine to create a better treatment outcome. Our startup, Hypnos Surgical, has been recognized and funded by the Israel Innovation Authority, as well as chosen in the startup competition for the Mixii Biomed conference -we exhibited our device on the first day of the conference.
