Examples: I have acted in $220m Commercial Court proceedings impacting a client's security interest; conducted and defended claims over negligent investment advice; advised on breaches of intercreditor agreements; acted in multi-jurisdictional shareholder disputes; taken enforcement action against an UHNW individual; defended claims that a bank intermeddled in a receivership; and advised on the management of accounts subject to freezing orders.Corporate disputes I advise on claims against directors and shareholder disputes, including corporate governance related litigation. I also advise on post-transactional fall out, including claims for breach of warranty and misrepresentation, disputes over joint ventures and post-mergers. Civil fraud I provide urgent advice to both claimants and defendants to civil fraud claims and act quickly to protect my clients' position. I advise in relation to claims for fraudulent misrepresentation, and breach of duty by directors and co-contractors, and have experience with freezing injunctions and search orders.Sports and regulatory disputesI help sports governing bodies, educational institutions and private members clubs to conduct their internal admission, selection, disciplinary and appeals procedures as fairly as possible. My advice helps to ensure that decisions are procedurally sound. When decisions are challenged, I have significant experience in defending applications for injunctions and claims for breach of contract.
