I am a full-time student at the University of Minnesota in the College of Continuing and Professional Studies and the College or Design. I am studying Health Services Management Concentration and I have a minor in Product Design. I have achieved the Dean's list for high academic performance, I am a member of the University of Minnesota Product Design Club, the Health Services Management Club, and also the Snowboard Club. Participated in group study abroad project for new facility planning for an animal medical facility at a rescue center. Toured and interviewed leaders at the local health care facilities to understand challenges, learn about the culture, research potential solutions, and presented proposal to local management of the facility. I've worked as a marina crew member and SkipperBud's marina in Sturgeon Bay WI. Responsible for customer service and property management at the Harbor Club Marina. Coordinated timing of vessels entering the marina to ensure available docking assistance. Served as onsite back-up for marina management to manage team members and complete tasks. Accountable for monitoring marina for safety issues and escalated to management when necessary. Received recognition for exceptional customer relations and commitment to assisting with and ensuring successful community events. I was a waitress and IHop in Green Bay WI. Responsible for greeting and seating guests, providing menu information, answering questions, and delivering food and beverages. Communicated effectively with the kitchen staff to resolve any customer issues. Worked with manager to ensure the restaurant was staffed and served as backup for absent employees. I also worked at Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare in De Pere WI as a pack leader. Responsible for caring for dogs including feeding, medications, and playtime. Monitored and maintained play areas to ensure clean and safe environment. Accountable for opening and closing of the center. and providing customer service. Provided meals and administered medications as needed. For community involvement I have achieved 100+ hours of community service, including myTEAM TRIUMPH, SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions), American Red Cross, and High School Soccer Manager, volunteered as scorekeeper for intramural basketball team, and was apart of Waterboard Warriors Waterski Club – volunteer for Learn to Ski and community shows and events.
