Archer Consortium is a collective of independent international development specialists. We offer strategic advice, technical and evaluative expertise, and capacity building in the fields of NGO management, global health, emergency and humanitarian response, and international development and sustainability. Examples of consulting projects: I conducted a feasibility on the launch of a Global Health Incubator planned for three locations: Toronto, Malawi, and virtually. I conducted a feasibility study and developed cost estimates for building a healthcare facility in Zomba, Malawi.

ONESTEP is an umbrella organization that helps to support more than one hundred not-for-profit member agencies across Ontario to deliver employment and entrepreneurship training programs to newcomers, women, youth and job seekers. As the Manager of Organizational Solutions, I developed mentorship and training initiatives to strengthen the leadership competence of managers and executives delivering Provincially funded employment programs in Ontario. I also managed the multi-year "Paths to Financial Vibrancy" Project funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation meeting all deliverables on time and on budget.

The Canadian and African Business Women's Alliance is a non-profit Canadian and African association that supports women entrepreneurs in their efforts to participate in international trade. As a consultant for CAABWA, I implemented the "Women Going Global Trade Training Program"​ funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation that supported the training of 155 low-income and immigrant women in the Greater Toronto Area; I managed the Canadian Interns for African Business Women's Program - a CIDA funded Youth Internship Program in partnership with the Trade Facilitation Office of Canada; and I authored a successful grant application for following on funding and Phase II of the Women Going Global Trade Training Program.

Canada World Youth is an international non-profit organization that creates opportunities for youth to engage globally in community development through cross cultural exchange. As a Program Officer for the "Global Learners Program", I implemented overseas cross-cultural education programs for youth worth $640,000 annually in partnership with 16 Canadian partners and five international NGOs.

Gems of Hope is a small international not-for-profit organization that promotes the well-being of women through the delivery of micro-credit, health services and basic education. As a Program Officer for Gems of Hope, I designed and authored seven project proposals worth $3million, which successfully secured funding from CIDA for micro-credit, basic education and healthcare initiatives for women and children in emerging regions. I conducted the onsite evaluation of the Bangladesh project and prepared narrative and financial reports for CIDA using logical framework analysis according to granting requirements.
