My simple, but total commitment in everything I do:✓ Quality ✓ Efficiency ✓ CompassionMy approach:#1. Listen, then listen moreI take the time to understand your values, needs and challenges. This results in close working relationships and incubates sustainable growth.#2. Stubborn on vision and flexible on detailsI don't give up easily and I'm flexible enough to find alternative ways to get us to where we need to be.#3. Remain agile and focus on resultsI take an energetic approach to deliver tangible results.#4. Laugh and share with compassionI strive to break down perceived barriers, understanding and remembering that we are all human in business. I develop open and honest relationships that help you to feel at ease and instilled with confidence.#5. Continue to challenge conventionI conceptualise problems differently, which allows me to approach problems in innovative ways that are effective and relevant. I try to understand your position in ways you may never have thought of before. I never do something just because that's the way it's always been done.#6. Be curious. Always.I ask questions, seek new experiences and explore novel possibilities. This helps me to think more deeply and rationally about decisions, come up with better solutions and improve my relationships. The long and short of it is that I love forging ethical cultures that balance quality, efficiency and compassion. I also love solving problems that help people to perform better. This motivates people. Motivated people are happy people. Happy people deliver successful outcomes. The formal blurb:“Your profile is unusual in that you have two characteristics infrequently found together - one is a disposition towards managerial liaison work and the other is a concern for accuracy coupled with a need to maintain and raise standards. By making use of your special aptitude for promoting excellence, you will be among the few well placed to change the culture of the company. Well suited to take responsibility for an area where delivery to exacting standards is important and where people need to be co-ordinated to ensure that given standards are reached.” - Belbin Team Role Report
