Responsibilities onboard include: overseeing all aspects of the interior including housekeeping & service standards, crew, maintaining the cleanliness, organisation and integrity of the interior as well as ensuring that meal, hospitality and service levels are of the highest standard. Responsible for directing, motivating and training interior crew. Responsibilities also included: interior work, watch & holiday rotas. Weekly job lists. Winter maintenance lists. Interior account's. Approving and organising interior provisioning, purchasing & ordering. Liaising with suppliers and contractors. Liaising with the owner & high profile celebrity guests regarding travel plans, reservations, appointments.
