Managing a number of service areas in the Imaging Directorate ensuring the delivery of targets within the budgeted resources available. Contributing towards the strategic and annual business planning for Imaging, including the engagement of all staff groups and management of other projects as required. Providing key business information to support the planning and development of the service.Playing a key role in the maintenance of the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) accreditation.Providing cross cover across the Directorate as required, with an oversight of and work with the Directorate Support Manager to manage the administrative teams and act as a deputy to the Imaging Operations Managers.

Part time secondment where I led and managed the development and implementation of the integrated Intestinal Failure services for the East of England. This included development of the model and implementation plan and monitoring the programme of work during the mobilisation phase, communicating the new model and way of working across the network and supporting the embedding of change across the service.

I led and managed the five strong Wine and Warehousing & Distribution team, ensuring clients were served professionally and efficiently. Responsible for the management of a cross-dock operation with focus on maximising cost efficiency, including controlling the Goods In Department both operationally and administratively, In addition I prepared daily reports and the monthly review pack, compiling the data from various sources and supported other projects, involved in areas such as layout of the warehouse, procedure manuals and research for proposals such as cross-dock.
