I care deeply about the health and well-being of fellow physicians. Working in healthcare is now more demanding than ever. It is very easy to lose touch with ourselves as we sacrifice so much for our profession. It IS possible to be a great doctor and have a great life, but it requires us to be intentional with our choices. In my role as a Physician Coach, I support physicians in making powerful changes, big or small, to their personal and/or professsional lives. When I first experienced being coached, it allowed me to connect to my own wisdom and make empowered choices in a way that I had not been able to before. I saw the enormous potential for coaching to help physicians at any point in their life and career. It is my honour to now be able to serve my peers through 1:1 coaching as they move forward on their path to better health, happiness, and fulfilment in all areas of life.Why should you choose to work with me?
