We are a small practice based in Leicestershire specialising in design and the planning application process for commercial and residential projects.The team covers the UK whilst I am concentrating on developing the London market, north of the river! We guide clients through the PA approval process, assist with the design development and layout options for the new space.Assisting busy architects and designers who require Building Reg Drawings for a project whilst they concentrate on other areas, is a great collaboration.I also work with freeholders who contact us directly requiring planning and design services.I assist the client from concept to completion.We share and develop their vision, I contribute to layouts, colourways and product suggestions whilst organising scheduling for the project to move forward.Once the site has been surveyed, the agreed scheme is worked up and approved by the client before the relevant package is prepared.If a PA is required we submit on the clients behalf with a full set of drawings and all supporting documents to assist the application.Should a LDC prove a valid document for the freeholder, we prepare the package and submit to the planning office for approval. Once a decision has been made the drawing package is ready to be issued for tender.Should any ammendments need to be made, Adam and his team work with the Planning Officer to ensure the final scheme reflects their suggestions and is viewed as a strong case.Being LABC assured certainly makes the process an easier journey! We can not guarantee a scheme will be given the green light but we do our upmost to apply the recommendations for a favourable outcome without disturbing the design intent.

My role was to present Davison Highley to the UK and global audiences within the A&D, third-party dealerships, and end-usersectors.I have spent years identifying, nurturing, and bringing to fruition an extensive client base that includes global aviation companies, thebusiness sector, Hauteur Couture retailers, celebrity chef restaurateurs, and private residential clients. I was frequently invited into the client's design studio during the conceptional stage of the project to discuss the upholstered design intent.I worked closely with the design community suggesting aestheticpleasing details, proportions/ergonomics, finishes, lead-times, budget restraints, the route to market, and programme expectations.A comprehensive specification with DWG's was forwarded to DH's in-house design department for initial costings. I assisted the PM with design details suggestions that may prove more cost-effective without interfering with the designer's intent. We work as a team to ensure a great solution was presented to the client for their appraisal. I lead the project and coordinate with all parties until an order was received, the manufacturing slot reserved and the D&I confirmed. I initiated 'framework agreement' meetings to ensure the best tendering opportunities were secured for Davison Highley. These'wins' contributed extensively to the companies turnover and ensured 'continuity of manufacture' on a repetitive basis.Operate within an external network of professionals sourcing and exchanging information on potential projects
