Responsible for enhancing CoverMyMeds' corporate citizenship. Focus on strategizing and executing holistic investment opportunities in the community, including philanthropic contributions, employee community engagement, and community partnerships.

Create the vision and mission, then coordinate, implement, facilitate, and manage the Columbia Gas of Ohio corporate citizenship and philanthropy program. Work in collaboration with the Communications, Regulatory and Government Affairs Departments and NiSource leadership to provide media, community relations, and special events support. Develops and implements public and media relations strategies to advance business brand and reputation goals. Conduct public and community outreach, as well as organizing state resources, to enhance the positive image of Columbia Gas within the eyes of the customers and key stakeholders.

Assists corporate wide OD Consultant with instructional design and development of new programs based on defined strategy and learning objectives.Determine implementation approaches and associated training delivery schedules to optimize vendor expenses while meeting demand for programs across NiSource.Works with OD Team to assess development needs to support the creation of learning initiatives for the organization.Provides guidance to trainers as they prepare and conduct sessions.

Design, implement and facilitate management and training programs courses, management-in-training programs, training materials and videos for 40,000 associates across 1,450 stores, including store management teams, associates, warehouse staffs and corporate office professionals.
