Developing a national strategy and service provision for a portfolio of 65 Community Assets (Centres) and their associated managing organisations. Including: - Developing a bespoke Community Asset Transfer approach; negotiating management agreements to maximise social impact for the community - Developing a peer network and training programme to help community organisations build their capacity - Leading on a major works programme and day-to-day maintenance - Developing and line managing a team of staff - Building external partnerships and to establish Clarion as a leading organisation developing Community Assets. - Minimising risk in the asset portfolio through effective Health and Safety and Governance procedures, advising and training community organisations.- Supporting community organisations in their sustainability including business planning and fundraising
