I have been fortunate to have worked in one of the best training organisations in Australia, coaching and mentoring some of the best property management professionals in the country and speaking at large events within the Real Estate Industry. Alas, the Hills came calling, and so…. an exciting new chapter was born.I started Kate Benjamin Property after recognising the significant gap between my own expectations as a landlord and tenant, and what I was observing in the marketplace through my own personal dealings in property. I have built this business with the customer in mind constantly asking what it is they truly want - both the investor and the tenant client.
