• While working as a Game Guide, I was responsible for greeting guests and introducing them to the escape rooms, ensuring that they have a good first experience with the store and company.
• During the games themselves, I led them through the game, provided hints and watched their progress, in order to both allow their experiences to run smoothly without issue while being as fun as possible.
• Whether a guest had a positive or a negative experience, I was the first face they would see on their way out of the store, listening to their thoughts, taking feedback and making sure they are as comfortable and.

• As the front of house staff, I was responsible for greeting guests to the theater, selling tickets and providing them with concessions.
• We often had very large groups of customers arriving at once, in which case I would be single-handedly responsible for getting everyone through the line in a quick and orderly manner and making sure everyone’s orders.
