Based in the Sustainable Production & Consumption team, which operates across the private, not for profit, and public sectors with a focus on the full product life cycle from raw materials to consumption and end of life waste-to-value models. I support with client projects and help deliver Anthesis' ambitious strategy for the Decisive Decade. Some of my responsibilities include:• Project managing complex, long-term and fast turn-around client projects, which are often commercially and/or politically sensitive, including managing internal teams' tasks, project budgeting and invoicing;• Developing and managing long term client relationships, with multiple client contacts collaboratively;• Producing client facing documents, including sustainability strategies and action plans

I supported the sustainable development of all Tesco brands, with a technical focus on packaging and the circular economy. Some of my responsibilities included:• In-depth research into emerging sustainability trends and new innovations • End-to-end project management of the Soft Plastics Recycling Trial in 10 stores• Supporting on the Tesco partnership with the WWF which aims to halve the environmental impact of the average UK shopping basket • Leading on the packaging customer comms strategy through the creation of a customer complaints encyclopaedia and working with the Group Comms team to roll it out across Tesco • Creating a monthly newsletter to communicate news and highlight successes, distributed to over 3,000 colleagues

• I was responsible for supporting the development of the first sustainable business strategy for BaxterStorey, based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and effectively communicating it to all functions of the business• I analysed data for annual reporting to ensure we met the targets set out in the sustainable business strategy, such as energy consumption, carbon footprint and food waste reduction • I ran workshops to engage external stakeholders on our strategy and created training programmes for colleagues to educate them on various social and environmental issues, such as human rights and climate change
