With over twenty years of experience in healthcare improvement and quality, I lead results-oriented projects in the Asia Pacific region on behalf of IHI, a global organization that works to improve health and health care for everyone. I partner with diverse stakeholders, including governments, health systems, providers, patients, and communities, to design and execute projects that achieve measurable improvements in health outcomes and experience. My work is driven by the principles and methods of improvement science, and I apply them to address complex challenges and opportunities in the region. I am passionate about empowering others to learn and apply improvement skills, and to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. I have also contributed to the field of healthcare improvement and quality through publications on topics such as transitions of care, waste reduction, and patient safety. My mission is to help transform health and health care in Asia Pacific and beyond.
