TransCanada – U.S. Pipelines Central – Houston, Texas (Formally El Paso Merchant Energy and Sonat Marketing Inc) • Designed, modeled and implemented a web-based security system for ANR Pipeline Company and Tennessee Gas Pipeline revenue applications that strengthened internal controls addressed Sarbanes Oxley compliance issues.• Managed the security application process which included: all security training for personnel, technical inquiries, trouble-shooting and resolution of system issues and daily security activities.• Integrated Gas*Master® with EPME financial systems for all physical gas transactions. Implemented Common Deal Entry System (CDES) and trained trading personnel. • Implemented Gas*Master®, the physical gas trading system. Areas of responsibility included project management, pipeline modeling, infrastructure set-up, deal capture, complex deal modeling, asset management, transportation & exchange, operations, training and security.• Developed an MS Access database to maintain electronic bulletin board IDs and passwords, links to websites, on-call list and phone numbers. • Analyzed Mark-to-Market and Value-at-Risk on a regional and aggregate basis.
