About Kate Bouris

Hardworking, reliable and committed, I am continually eager to learn new skills, engage myself in new experiences and bring enthusiasm and energy into my place of work. In particular, I have extremely strong leadership and management skills which include, but are not limited to, communication, customer rapport, building workplace relationships and upholding the key principles of Woolworths Limited. Throughout my three years as a bakehouse assistant at Woolworths St Helena, I have worked as a key member with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Within this highly effective team, our bakery department has remained a leader in yielding the highest sales, and has also contributed to our store being labelled as the Store of Excellence for 2013. In addition to my role at Woolworths, I have a record of strong academic results and have been awarded scholarships throughout my secondary and tertiary education pertaining to academic excellence and service and action within the community. I have also engaged as a participant and a volunteer in a number of charity events.
