About Kate Braddon, Rd, Msc

Nutrition is one of the most powerful fields of preventative health, and as a Registered Dietitian and researcher, I am dedicated to using my expertise to help others live healthier and more fulfilling lives. My passion includes sourcing the latest nutrition research and using it to help my patients reach their optimal health and well-being goals. My experience in both clinical nutrition and research has made me strong clinician who can both source best-evidence and communicate it effectively. My primary interests in nutrition include helping those throughout the preconception, perinatal, and menopausal periods to adapt their nutrition to match their life stage and unique needs. Additionally, I feel strongly about optimizing nutrition during early life, prior to pregnancy, as it can play a huge role in subsequent child health and development. Outside of my career-focused interests, I teach yoga and love to run and hike outdoors.
