My mission is to help professionals with neurodivergence and disability thrive in the workplace.I designed the first-ever corporate job coaching program - Amazon's Work Wellness Coaching Program - and built a world-class team of professionals, including experts in vocational rehabilitation, licensed mental health counseling, social work, and disability accommodations. Based on real data and real-life challenges, the Work Wellness Coaching program has since supported thousands of tech workers at some of the largest companies in the world. I'm a founding member of Amazon's Neurodiversity community group and support disability inclusion efforts across the tech space. Since 2018, I've worked exclusively as a job coach and consultant in the tech world, and have personally coached hundreds of neurodivergent professionals across all levels and corporate sectors.
