Responsible for overall management of an 11 academy MAT including leading a strong senior leadership team and ensuring all schools meet the needs of the children and the MAT has an impact on education and outcomes for all.Achievements:• Recruiting academies which share the same visions and goals• Ensuring progression development for all senior leaders, including introduction of Associate Head for smoother transmission of current Head’s impending retirement• Increasing all admissions numbers in all academies• Recruiting highly professional Directors to ensure challenges are adhered to at strategic level• Presiding over the organisation’s day-to-day operations• Providing leadership to all Senior and Middle Leaders and support staff in the MAT• Establishing successful pre-schools within three of the academies• Achieving ‘outstanding’ SIAM inspection in Cutnall Green First School (2016)

As Headteacher of St Clement’s I moved the school from being inadequate to a satisfactory and then receiving ‘Outstanding’ status from Ofsted in October 2012, leading to an excellent admissions record for the school, with waiting lists every yearContinued with my leadership skills with becoming Local Leader of Education in 2011 and became National Leader for Education in September 2013Took on Executive Head for Cutnall Green First School in September 2013, moving towards establishing the Multi Academy Trust in October 2014Established ‘Teaching School Status’ in January 2015 at St Clement’s, promoting a strong Teaching School Alliance across the county.
