• Governance of project portfolio for all Airswift projects.• Governance of a set of common standards and processes for project managers to follow• Measurement of results of projects, presenting the results and status of each project to the Executive Board.• Planning of the annual portfolio• Management of projects and project managers• Reporting on the projects on a monthly cycle (status, risk, time, cost, and resource)• Ensuring the portfolio aligns with the annual strategic company objectives• Organization of the process to bring on new projects and close out finished projects• Presentation of ROI on all projects in portfolio in line with the presented business cases
