Educator
Current- Designing, scheduling, teaching, and evaluating virtual synchronous and asynchronous photography courses in semester, short, and camp-length formats for 100-150 youth (6-8 per class) ages 8-12 and 13-18 each semester. Courses center practical experience with a camera in pursuit of visual literacy, technical confidence, artistic innovation, creative voice, and project process.- Committed to innovating unique learning opportunities within the virtual framework including an advanced workshop “club” style class, portfolio reviews, project based learning, peer mentoring, and guest speaker critiques.- Managing administrative and parent/student communication tasks related to logistics such as course enrollment and equipment questions.
