•Responsible for managing activity areas throughout the union, adhering to safety measures and activity guidelines posed by the Program Managers, and complying with emergency response plans.•Retrieve entertainment resources, decorate the IMU, staff information tables, and be present at programs including the weekly Late Nite series, Trivia Series, Open Mic Night Series, Film Series, Lotus in the Meadow, IU Day, and other IMU related activities and events.

- Set up the GM calendar and notify the office bearers, and also, if necessary, to set up Zoom online meeting link and notify office bearers.- Prepare a list of inventory on taking charge of office after comparing it with the existing inventory list and submit the list to the Executive Body. Prepare a similar list at the end of employment period.- Procure office and other supplies for AFSC and for conducting the monthly general meetings.Update the AFSC website in coordination with concerned personnel from the Residential Program Services (RPS). Update all social media for the AFSC.- Create, maintain and print rosters, sign-up sheets and AFSC event flyers. Print agendas and minutes of different meetings of AFSC bodies.- Remain in contact with individuals and organizations that are coordinating with AFSC for events and activities (including but not limited to Musical Art Center and Auditorium box offices, and Mark Deckard Bus Company).

OTeam is the student group responsible for carrying out the daily operations of Indiana University New Student Orientation (NSO) throughout each summer. Each Orientation Leader (OL) is selected to join the team to represent their chosen educational programs, the extracurricular activities they are involved in, and the larger Indiana University brand. OLs are dedicated to always prioritizing the customer experience through FISH Philosophy, authenticity, and compassion for others. As an OL, I was given the following responsibilities:•Welcomed first-year students of diverse backgrounds to IU through tours, activities, and info-sessions.•Regularly delivered 40+ minute presentations to audiences of 200+ incoming students or their guests.•Facilitated activities to promote kindness, responsibility, and diversity within small student groups.
