I am a people person with great organisation skills and motivation. I hold a Masters in Teachingand have been working as a teacher for the past four and a half years. Although I remain passionate about education, a career change provides an opportunity for me to continue to build authentic relationships, think outside the box, rise to new challenges and hopefully demonstrate leadership whilst supporting others.As a teacher, I have learnt to perform under pressure, work collaboratively and plan ahead. Educating and keeping children engaged has also required me to be adaptable, flexible and ready for any curve ball. I am highly personable and solutions focused, which is important when building client relationships. I am confident at assessing the needs of groups and individuals and planning to ensure needs are met. My teaching career and experience echoes and builds on my previous customer service roles and leadership experience - working with deadlines, reporting, implementing and delivering, managing team meetings and supporting and mentoring new staff to transition into the role and build their skill base. I am reflective and always looking for opportunities to challenge myself and extend my learning.My career has provided opportunities to develop my creative and critical thinking, an ability to multitask while also remaining focused on meeting the needs of others and working towards meeting targets.I have ambition, determination and initiative to succeed.
