Evaluated, diagnosed, prescribed and treated a diverse pediatric and adult population across six urgent care clinics.Performed wound care, suturing, incision and drainage of abscesses and splinting for sprains and fractures.Ordered and interpreted appropriate laboratory, screening and diagnostic testing.Performed DOT certification exams, employment/sports physicals, immunizations and travel medicine.Conducted workers’ compensation evaluation, treatment, follow-up and referral as needed. Telemedicine care provided with specific experience related to Covid-19 care and screening.

Duties include triage of patient calls, intake and assessment of a variety of patients from infant to geriatrics, EKGs, injections, phlebotomy, wound care, advocating for patient needs, patient education, medication administration, medication reconciliation, EHR documentation and assisting with group visits for nutrition group. Currently working on the team for the practice to achieve standards of National Coalition for Quality Assessment with Patient Centered Medical Home, writing protocols, updating forms and practice standards, contributing to improve care throughout the practice through evidence based information. With new provider in the practice, I am also implementing a new mom support group to assist in breastfeeding, postpartum changes including emotional, as well as creating a space for new mothers to feel supported and have a community where they can get all their questions answered.

Performing a variety of tasks ranging from basic reception duties to rooming patients, working in the lab ,sterile technique, venipuncture and phlebotomy. Assistant for vasectomy procedures as well as abortion care. Ultrasound tech and flow facilitator. Also, I provide a variety of educational tasks including birth control options, sexually transmitted infection information, pregnancy options as well as basic women's health.
