I work in the employer brand marketing team at the worlds largest building society.I am responsible for attracting active and passive candidates through different campaigns and marketing these campaigns across different advertising, this could be free advertising such as using our own careers site, blogs and our social media channels. Or via paid advertising, such as Facebook targeting, sponsored LinkedIn content and many others.I mainly work on the build of campaign pages (that sits on our careers site) to support the recruitment of different business areas and then create and deliver a marketing plan to attract the candidates we are looking for. As well as this, I work on coming up with idea to improve the user journey on our careers site to ensure that our candidates have a great candidate experience from the offset of their journey into looking for a career with Nationwide.

As a Risk Education analyst, I am responsible for educating the Risk Community and broader society on the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. As well as this, I manage the relationship with our third party for professional development for our employees. My main project whilst working in Risk is, to lead and create a platform for Risk Education internally to Nationwide for our employees to have one place to access any training and development material they need to be able to develop in their role.
