CurrentKate uses her project management skills to work on an interim basis to support board members and executives who are undertaking a one-off corporate transaction such as a company fund raising, sale of the company or its assets, setting up an employee share option scheme, or alterations to share capital.Having worked as a corporate lawyer, Kate understands the issues and processes involved and now draws on her experience to support management teams to help their transactions run efficiently. Kate provides project oversight to ensure a focus is maintained on the project and disruption to the management team is minimised. Her role may entail liaising with stakeholders, helping to appoint advisers, managing advisers, finding and collating information, preparing a transaction timetable and tracking deadlines, understanding the desired outcome and contributing to the discussion to find the best solution.
