My role in the Strategic Solutions Team (SST) within Sage Intacct's Customer Success organization is to identify and develop resources to help with the adoption, retention, and expansion of the customer base. I use my experience as a customer and former user of the product to aid product related questions and context to help support the account managers..

As a former customer of Sage Intacct, I now work as a Customer Success Advocate (CSA). My team partners directly with Customer Strategy & Value Teams and is focused on improving Customer satisfaction, minimizing renewal churn by improving product adoption, and promoting Sage Intacct’s Customer for Life program as it relates to customer milestones.

As an accounting manager of an international electrical component manufacturing organization, I was responsible for preparing and overseeing all procedures which impacted the financial statements including payroll, COGS, inventory maintenance, and revenue recognition. In this role I became passionate about cloud-based software - we had various integrations.

SDC Nutrition at the time was a startup workout supplement manufacturer. Due to the size and business changes that happened while I was with the organization, I was able to quickly learn about manufacturing operations and contract-labeling in addition to the accounting principles that set the foundation for my experience today.
