I am a driven and dedicated Food Marketing and Entrepreneurship graduate. My passion for food, combined with over 6 years food retail experience, has shaped my career aspirations in the dynamic food industry. Currently, I am completing the National Buying Graduate Programme with Aldi Ireland with rotations such as food buying, marketing and communications.Previously, I lead of team of six indiviudals at Moo'ds icecream parlour where I later progressed to the role of store supervisor of Lynch's Centra Crosshaven.During my time studying as part of the BSc Food Marketing and Entrepreneurship, I completed 6 months work placement as a NPD Assistant in Fresh Commodity. This provided valuable exposure to the NPD process and trading from start to finish.
