Moving Mindz is an Australian organisation that has developed a unique method to measure and evaluate both baseline and changes in mental health in the workplace. We run a series of team based challenges: sleep, nutrition, mindfulness and activity, that act as interventions to improve mental health.We buttress the challenges on either side with internationally recognised measurement tools that measure markers of mental health, wellbeing, sleep and more.Using this method, the Moving Mindz team published research early in 2018 in the respected medical journal BMC Psychiatry, which showed significant improvements across the board in depression, anxiety and stress.If you need to measure the mental health of your workplace then drop me a line.

200 Psychology student placement within the Safer Community, Student Wellbeing and Inclusion team at RMIT University as part of my study requirements. Key responsibilities included:• Facilitating sexual assault primary prevention bystander intervention workshops to student leadership groups – entitled ‘Bringing in the Bystander’• Project management and administration involved in delivering the workshops• Working closely with the Safer Community, Student Wellbeing and Inclusion team
